Director of Special Projects and Service (Orlando)
Scott functions as a key member of the senior management team and leads the strategic development of Boys Electrical Contractors. Scott’s essential duties are to work with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors in the development of conceptual, schematic, design, and constructability solutions across a broad range of project types. Scott provides our clients with high-value solutions to all their individual project pre-requisites. His focus is the calculated sustainable growth of Boys Electrical Contractors. Scott embodies our Boys core value Commitment: Duty to our Client.
Scott is a seasoned Pre-Construction Professional who believes in the 5’s value Commitment: Devotion to our Craft. Scott thrives on working with our clients, our team, other tradespeople, and our community. He is dedicated to giving back and supporting the career growth of young tradespeople through his service to organizations like iBuild Central Florida. His family has been in Florida for generations, and he is a proud steward of his community. In addition to his dedication to our community, Scott is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about protecting Florida’s natural resources for future generations to enjoy.
Project Manager
Robert is willing to go the extra mile to make every job a success. Robert thinks outside of the box and delivers creative solutions to keep projects on schedule. Senior Project Manager
Mike is dedicated to working with his team to consistently deliver a quality finished product. His experience affords the project team the benefit of his knowledge, experience, and keen management style. Mike has a track record of delivering quality projects on time and on budget through his understanding of each individual project’s demand.
Mike has built a strong Healthcare Project Team through his coaching and mentorship. It is this dedication to our employees that builds a legacy within Boys Electrical Contractors and fosters the next generation of craftsmen. Mike drives much satisfaction from great relationships with gratified clients.
Visual Design and Construction
Justin brings massive time savings to Boys Electrical. He is the Trimble expert and runs the Electrical Prefab Department at Boys Electrical, saving massive amounts of time in preconstruction and large projects. Justin is involved throughout the entire project, starting with the underground work and doing quality control checks as the project progresses.
Justin is enthusiastic and often found with a smile on his face. He enjoys working on computers and finding creative solutions for each project. His workday is always interesting. In his free time, Justin enjoys the outdoors (but not the beach), pickleball, and spending time with family.
Director of Special Projects and Service
Chris champions the Boys Electrical Contractors’ core value of Commitment: Duty to our Clients as he handles all of their special projects and service needs. The Special Projects Team manages projects ranging form continuing service contract work wot specialty projects nearing 1 million dollars. Chris and his team work closely with our clients to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their needs. They are successful at rapidly moving from one completed project to the next with an exceptional customer satisfaction metric.
Chris is a proud steward of our community with a long history of completed service work. Dedicated to his team and his customers; Chris is a people person that believes in building relationships with good clients. The Service Team is ready and able to provide comprehensive repair solutions for all our customers’ requests. Chris and his team are proactive partners and problem solvers who strive to meet our client’s demands.
Director of Multi-Family Construction
Jeremy manages the Multi-Family Division overseeing all aspects from estimation to completion. He has extensive experience in electrical construction management and specializes in large Multi-Family and Assisted Living Community design and construction. Jeremy puts the Boys core value of duty to our clients into action by working diligently to keep projects moving forward on time and on budget.
Jeremy has assembled a talented and experienced team to ensure Boys Electrical Contractors’ high standards of professionalism shine through in our performance. He is committed to the continual education, individual career paths, and growth of his team. Jeremy is a proactive problem solver, a craftsman, and mentor, building the places people will call home for years to come.
VP / Preconstruction
With 25 years in the electrical trade, Brian is a veteran electrician and pre-construction professional. Brian’s essential role is developing electrical construction project opportunities in the commercial, industrial, government, healthcare, and technology market sectors. He is dedicated to his duty to our clients. Brian regularly assists project teams with design development input by performing detailed reviews of plans and specifications, analyzing constructability, and developing conceptual estimates throughout the course of the project pursuit.
Brian is Devoted to our Craft. He holds a Florida Electrical Contractors License and trains and mentors junior estimators passing on knowledge to our next generation of Electrical Estimators. Brian is a relationship builder who enjoys working with our clients and being called upon for input on projects at conception. His insight and years of experience result in lower project cost.

Alisha is Unwavering in her Loyalty and Dedication to the Boys Electrical Contractors team. She is the Chief Happiness Officer and embodies our Culture of Promoting Integrity and professionalism. Alisha’s strong sense of stewardship is clear to our people who can receive guidance and support at any time. Alisha encourages leaders to connect with employees and develop their teams. She is the accountability partner for our various teams, encouraging them to achieve personal growth, deliver quality craftsmanship, and further tighten the bond of everyone at Boys Electrical Contractors.

Andrew is the executive team member that leads the Pre-Construction Team at Boys Electrical Contractors. His strength as a leader is recognized through the exceptional team he has built. He can often be found working with a team member; coaching them to find a solution to the many challenges faced daily.
Andrew champions the value of duty to our clients and is routinely relied upon by many in the industry for his expertise. He consistently leads the planning of electrical construction projects by providing cost estimates and analysis, participating in design decisions, identifying value engineering alternatives, consulting on scheduling, delivering constructability reviews, supplying construction budgets, and more. Andrew’s understanding of the whole construction process grants him a clear picture of what will be required to ensure success for every Boys Electrical Contractors project.
Safety Manager
Randy’s commitment is exhibited through his dedication to our employee’s safety. Our field team benefits from the many safety programs developed and implemented by Randy. His training programs are building a legacy of educated craftsmen. Randy provides our field team with hands-on experience and certification in the operation of aerial lifts, excavation equipment, trench safety, confined space entry, and certified grounding programs. In the early part of his four decades in the industry, Randy experienced the dangers of working without proper safety measures and chose to spend his life dedicated to fostering a culture of safety.
Randy exemplifies the statement “We Are Boys” through his love for our field team. He is devoted to our craft and personifies our slogan “Safely Powering the Way.” His humble caring nature makes Randy a great coach, and his experience and knowledge are aiding in the development of the next generation of true craftsmen.

Project Manager
Ron exemplifies our commitment and unwavering loyalty through his devotion to our craft. He has a long track record of successful projects. Ron has vast experience over his many decades in the electrical trade and can manage any project type. He has worked extensively on post-tension-cable projects building many in coastal environments.
Ron will often employ his extensive AutoCAD knowledge to collaborate with the project teams to design efficient electrical room layouts. His understanding of current technology coupled with his many years of experience is an asset to every project he manages. Ron spends a lot of time onsite with his team and is proficient at finding ways to reduce waste, build better, and meet individual project demands.

Bill is a proven Project Manager with strong leadership skills. He has a history of finding ways to motivate our team to perform at their best throughout the project and ensure all team members have a clear understanding of what is expected of them. Bill is a natural problem solver who finds creative ways of employing new technologies to meet the demands of today’s complex projects.
Bill helped establish the Prefabrication Department as part of our strategic growth plan. He embraces our future vision of sustainable growth coupled with embracing new technologies and constant improvement. Bill is dedicated to building a legacy of next-generation craftsmanship and is held in high regard by our field staff.
Accounting Manager
Wendy has a long history of construction accounting and is meticulous in her work. She is good with math and a stickler for detail. She has an eye for catching errors and will support the team by reviewing reports. Wendy works hard to be available for the team when they need her. She is a huge resource for the team, always available to answer questions or process a job. Wendy is very talented and has her role down to a science.
Wendy enjoys collaborating with the team and helping Boys Electrical run smoothly. Wendy is at her local Elk lodge in her free time, supporting them and volunteering. She has been with the Elk organization for over 10 years.
